We generally recommend about ½ pound of meat per guest when ordering multiple meats. All meat orders include house-made pickles and BBQ sauce.

Strongly recommended for in-house events; sliced brisket is best served immediately.

SMOKED CHICKEN WINGS – $15/lb

Wings are sold in 3-pound increments, with one flavor per 3 pounds.
