We recommend ½ pound of meat per person (≈10–12 lbs per 20 guests, 15 lbs per 30 guests).

Smoked chicken wings sold in 3lb orders - one flavor per 3lbs

For smoked portobellos, minimum of 3lbs per order, we recommend starting at 5 lbs.
